Name- Phoenix Healing Tear
Information- The phoenix tears have a number of healing powers, not all of them are known.
Drawback-The user must cry and a tear must fall directly on it, and must have phoenix eye actived.

Shattering Howl- an enormously loud howl that stuns the opponent and shakes the ground, might cause small earthquakes depending on intention.

drawback- i need a drawback for cursing somebody out really loud in wolf-form?? -.-

u dont need drawbcks for howling realy loud but wouldnt howling tha loud destroy ur voice and aproved XD
